HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU POST MY ORDER OUT?
Our products are handmade so please allow 5-7 working days for us to make and post your order. This is often much quicker but can sometimes be longer during busy periods e.g. christmas
If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us before you place an order to ensure we can fulfil it in time
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer a flat rate of £4.50 for standard packages within the UK
International shipping is available from my Etsy store
ARE YOUR TOYS SAFE?
All our products have undergone various forms of testing to ensure they conform to the relevant safety requirements. They proudly bear the CE & UKCA mark. Do not be afraid to ask toy makers if their toys carry the CE and UKCA mark. Handmade toys must have the relevant safety tests carried out by law. If they aren't, they are probably not safe!
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
I love to hear your ideas for new products, although every new item I create has to go through various safety tests which can often be a lengthy process. Therefore it's not very often I get chance to make custom orders. However I am continually designing and working on new ideas, so if there is something you would like to see, please let me know!
